Have you signed up with JCPennys yet to receive emails from them? I did this around Christmas last year, and I've received approximately 5 coupons for $10 off a $10 purchase. JCPenney emails give you advance notice of great online offers as well as valuable in-store coupons. Sign up for emails here. *I've heard that a coupon for $10 off a $10 purchase (including sales and clearance items) might be coming in the mail soon!
I just received a $10 off a $10 purchase from Kohls last week. Sign up for their email list here. I've received the same amount of these coupons from Kohls as from JCPennys!
